Franchise Requirements
- DTS License: Franchisees must hold a valid Department of Tourist Services (DTS) license.
- Financial Transparency: Provide a bank statement for the last six months.
- Long-Term Commitment: Sign a minimum 2-year agreement with Flight Way.
- Refundable Security Deposit: Deposit PKR 500,000 as a refundable security deposit (returned within 6 months in case of cancellation).
- Brand Usage: Use our name on your website and billboards, with designs provided by Flight Way.
- Exclusive Sales: Only market and sell Flight Way products.
- Financial Responsibility: You are responsible for all rentals, taxes, salaries, and any losses incurred by your franchise.
- Separate Agreements: If you have any third-party products or properties, a separate agreement with the head office is required.
- Advance Payments: All airline ticket purchases must be paid for in advance.
- Location Restrictions: Franchises may be opened in Lahore, Karachi, and Peshawar, but not in Islamabad.

- Voluntary Termination: You may end the franchise after settling all business liabilities with the franchisor.
